Congratulations To Our Tampa Bay Rays On a great Season in 2008!!!!
On Oct.19,2008 just before midnite here in Tampa,St Pete. The Tampa Bay Rays win 3-1 over the mighty Boston Redsox to win there first American League Championship in Club History!!!
It was an awsome game 7 between the Boston Redsox and our Tampa bay Rays!
So the first two games of the World Series were held here in Tampa on Wedesday Oct 22nd,2008,and Thursday Oct 23rd,2008. It was a great season,and even a better world series for the Rays.Even Tho our home team the Tampa bay Rays Lost in the world series to the Philadelphia Phillies 4-1. Congrats Phillies we'll be back in 2009!!!
